HOW TO COMMISSION

  1. gather references. i require at least one image of the character you wish for me to draw. if you have no images, a face claim works. don't be afraid to draw a sketch of what you want, they are very helpful!

  2. decide what kind of commission you want. pricing is listed below.

  1. (if you message with just "hello" or "hi" i am unlikely to respond if I don't already know you.)

  2. once the commission is accepted, you will need to give me your paypal email address so that I can write you an invoice. i do not accept friends and family payments.

  3. i will add you to my commission queue in my discord server. updates will be sent to your preferred contact.

  4. commissions may take several months to complete. please keep this in mind. i don't accept rush orders.

Terms of Service

PAYMENT

  • I take payment through paypal only.

  • Once the commission has been agreed upon I will send you a paypal invoice.

  • I will not start your commission until payment has been received.

  • No refunds once colour has been added to the piece.

  • Half refunds can be given during the lineart stage.

  • Full refunds can be given should you wish to cancel before the sketch has been approved.

  • I DO NOT ACCEPT ANY SORT OF CRYPTO CURRENCY AS PAYMENT.

DATA AND CONSENT

  • Any information that i gain about commissioners, such as contact details and full names, will be kept confidential and not stored except for my own records.

  • I will store your art piece for minimum one year after the commission in case you lose it. Past a year I cannot guarantee that I will still have the full quality piece.

RIGHTS

  • My base commissions are for personal and private use only. Therefore commissioners do not have the right to sell on a piece of art in any way, shape or form including on merchandise or minting/selling as NFTs.

  • Commercial rights can be discussed but will incur a fee.

  • Commissioners are free to post the art anywhere they wish as long as they link back to my twitter or patreon or @ me directly.

  • I am free to post commissioned art anywhere I wish and use it any way I like. Regardless of who paid for it, I always own the copyright to my work - if the commissioner wishes for me to keep the art and works-in-progress private, there will be a fee.

  • The only people with the rights to post my art anywhere are myself and the person who commissioned me. Gifts are an exception to this.

  • Edits of my work are forbidden unless you have my prior consent and approval before posting, plus a link back to the original.

  • Removal of my watermark is forbidden. If you want a watermark-free version, ask, but this version is not to be shared.
